Hello, I take the initiative and create this thread since the old one is getting too big and people mix windows 7 and windows 10 methods.

Here you should make sure that you have enabled Show disabled devices and Show disconnected devices option. If not, you need to go ahead. The corrupted or missing or even damaged audio driver can cause your Dolby Digital Live or DTS out of work as well, so at this point, you would better uninstall the problematic audio driver and install a new and latest one. My Realtek ALC is back, now fully function. Maybe my local problem The modified DLL goes right in System32 after you've installed the driver. You can try it out with the one currently installed though I guess, just to possibly make things quicker or not. You might, or maybe even probably will, have better luck with dedicated soundcards I would think, but I can't confirm myself.
